Want to get fit and have a fun time doing so? Yes, I said fun, and I mean it! Just come to Fit Alliance—I love the supportive atmosphere of this gym, the camaraderie you can find in the classes and the encouragement of the instructors. Do you get bored doing the same workout? That won’t happen here—just when you think you might reach that point, there’s a new challenge to tackle! I'd been searching for months for a gym that I'd feel comfortable joining, and that could accommodate my beginners fitness level.  I've been working with Lisa and Josh mostly, but all the trainers are great and the programs they create are as unique as each member! I love Fit Alliance!! I am not a huge working out fanatic but Fit Alliance has taught me so much about lifting weights in an impactful way, stretching, different workouts & healthy eating. I feel like I have a holistic healthy approach to working out & that I have a team who will help guide me. I love the environment & how safe it feels when you're trying something new. What I love about Fit Alliance are the small group workouts, the awesome trainers and the other members who are always super nice. It feels like I'm making great progress because they make it easy to work hard! The variety of exercise is amazing - my body is getting stronger and more agile than I thought possible at my age. Fit Alliance is the best! One on one training in a small atmosphere. No gym rats… more comfortable for me to be able to work out at my pace with assistance to make sure I don’t hurt myself and am using proper techniques. The coaches have been very supportive.

FitAlliance proves smaller is better! It may not be big, but it features everything you could want in a gym, whether you are a beginner looking to get moving or and advanced lifter. I started as the former and am working on becoming the latter, and the range of training and support I have gotten over the past 5 years has made my journey a joy! I look forward to every visit - "going to the gym" is a treat, not a chore!

Owners Lisa and Jordon and their talented staff are more like a family than employees so it is always a great environment to be in.

I've only been working with Fit Alliance for a couple of months, but it's been a great experience.  I've worked with Jordon, Lisa, and Eric, and all of them have been encouraging and respectful.  The workouts are all customized to my goals and needs, which is wonderful for someone like me with chronic health issues.  They never push me to pain or injury, and with their gentle approach I've grown much stronger, and my confidence has grown. Jordon and the team at Fit Alliance are so knowledgeable about exercise and ways of getting strong to heal old (and new) issues.
